The last trip of the year in the Bullet.
The foot surgery went well and Laura is sleeping off a double dose of Oxycotin amoung other meds for pain.
I had a good excuse to push the speed limits because Surgeon showed up late by a couple of hours.

Never went over 150...honest.

Trani temp never went over 149 F.

Most of the time trani was at 145 F Coolant at 160 F Perfect! :bwoohoo:

No KR :hail:
Did the one hour trip in 30 minutes.

The Ferry took 2 hours! #-o

I used up the juice. I drained my chicken (LVMatt ;)
Should be just about ready to put Bullet into storage for the winter. :beerchug:

Looking good as usual Paul.

Dan, it was a custom ram-air headlight made by PeterG. You'd have to pay him an insane amount of money to get him to do another though...

The ram air headlight is unnoticeable from the drivers seat other than the cool intake temps. All the lights are clearly visible with no deadspots believe it or not.
It does get quite of bit of attention from passerbys and always the same question. "Is that a ram air intake?"
Yup!

Intake charge AFTER the SC stays at 100 F and spikes to 150 F when boost is created. The W/M injection can bring it down to 90 F but it isn't necessary with temps less than 65 F.

No, that's Little River in Comox on Vancouver Island and up first was in Campbell River at the Marina where the Ferry to Quadra Island runs.

Horseshoe Bay is in Vancouver.
