Do you have the remote input on the amp wired so that it is hot at all times?

How about a little more info? Did you recently install this amplifier and start having the battery problems, or has the amplifier been around for a long time without any problems and suddenly out of the blue you start eating batteries? -In other words, do you have a good reason to believe your battery eating problem is related to the amplifier? Tell us a little more please.

Twist all the positive input wires together and put an ammeter between those wires and the positive supply from the battery and check for a drain.
