Taillights and Dash lights out

So driving home last night from school i got pulled over by the lovely spokane police department letting me know my tailights are out, so 124$ dollars later need to know how to fix. anyone? dash and tailights out, headlights blinkers all work.

Fuse for park lights comes to mind, switch comes a close second. Care to check fuses?

checked the fuses nothing there.

Does the same issue arise whether you are using the twilight sentinel and the switch, or does one work and one doesn't?

when i pull the knob the headlights turn on, nothing for dash or tailights

I don't know how to proceed from here in a Bonneville in all honesty. Who wants to take over?

So no other options? weird dunno what the hell happend, checked all fuses good, now my blinker on my column broke and my security makes my horn go off when it starts, so maybe gonna sell. :(

So, does that mean you have an aftermarket alarm system added to the car's wiring? If so, I would focus on how it is connected to the wiring. Same goes for an aftermarket stereo. You may have a broken wire in the harness where something else was tacked on.

I am having almost the same exact problem with my dashlights, my taillights are fine though. Do the radio controls on the steering wheel or the radio buttons light up? None of it lights up on mine. Wouldn't you know, I bought the car when it was light out and never thought to check any of that crap at all.
