Hate to break it to you, but you have an SE, not an SLE. Still a nice car, though.

very nice and clean!

Difference of SLE and SE far as looks, the SLE looks just like a SSEI. So basically Ed's (00Beast) car in his sig (to the right) is what a SLE would look like.

Also SLE's have the DIC, which displays fuel mileage, tire pressure, etc, as well as a 3.05 gear ratio, vs. the 2.86 most SE's had, and they had 17" wheels stock.

Not in performance. Both are still the 3800 N/A, gearing for the tranny might be different though. Not sure on that one. But you would get more creature comforts in an SLE. I would think price would be higher too but it could depend on the area.

Like stated this would be an SLE
Image

The SLE was normally optioned with leather, ECC, SSEi Body kit, heated seats, Driver Info... among a few others..

If your Vin starts out 1G2HX... Then they sold you an SE, no idea how they came up with SLE when you have a SE sitting there...

Could be some "Option Package" the dealership added? Like the "Gold Edition" Bonnevilles or the vinyl roofs...

In any case, she looks good man.

Pull your RPO codes and check the Techinfo to verify.

For the 00+ gen it doesn't work out the same...

But the SE Bonneville could have been had with leather seating, Buckets with the center console/shifter.. I have seen them quite well loaded...

Mike, SLE is a trim package 00+. Unless someone added all the SE trim and body work, removed the DIC, etc. It's an SE.

Ah, I stand corrected.
