Yup, I think they would look good. They might angle down a bit but a good exhaust shop should be able to set you up right.

Oh yeah, I think those are going to look GOOD. On an SE, just have your install them sling them beneath the bumper cover with about an inch of clearance. I have mine aligned directly under the red elliptical reflectors on the bumper cover, and set so they come about 3 inches shy of the rearmost part of the bumper cover. Some people like the look of them sticking out, but I prefer them tucked in a few inches. You'll need a dual-outlet muffler, of course, if you don't already have one.
Magnaflow 12266 is the "aluminized" version, 14266 is the stainless.
[EDIT: Oh, I see you wrote "when I put my magnaflow muffler on." -So you've got that covered.]

I have nice dual outlet tapered chrome on the Zilla, but I've never found anything I thought would look good on the SLEeper. I think those might actually look nice, but I have dual outlets (L67) on mine.
I think that would look goofy on a typical single outlet SE exhaust unless you did a crossflow dual-out.
