What's your PB 60' on street tires in a Bonneville?

Last week I managed to snap off a 2.135 sixty with 225/60/16 Bridgestone Turanza's (25 psi) mounted on my torque stars. That run netted me a 14.4xx @ 96 mph with a 3.4" pulley.
What's your PB and what was the e.t.?

60' 2.125 with a 14.628@94.98 mph with only a FWI, solid tranny mount and a mild tune by Thomas. The first time slip on 3800garage.com 1/4 mile time chart. Running Toyo Proxies.

What was everybody's launch technique?
I did the ELC trick, but it wasn't as high as usual, and I preloaded to around 2400 IIRC. That's probably the first time I pre-loaded in my trips down the track over the past two years aside from the two runs with the slicks last fall.

Pre-loaded, burnout, track was prepped fairly well. You were there, Marty! lol

Years ago...2.2s with Eagle RSAs and ELC. LOL
As for my launch technique now, I don't preload anymore. I hold my left foot on the brake and right foot just touching on the gas pedal. When I'm ready to go, I let off the brake and simultaneously get into the throttle. This technique on my QTPs has netted my consistent 1.9s and even a 1.83 a couple weeks ago.

I used the stomp and go method with my QTP's too, seemed to work better than preloading.

Well the original post was for street tires.
Pirelle P-zero Neros (siped) 21-22psi
2.072 on street tires all day long on a good prep. About 2.1-2.2 with crappy prep. I never noticed a difference with the ELC tricked
Drags: MT ET streets 13psi
1.85 all day long at Woodburn. Probably could have gotten better with a few more runs.
If you look at the top 25 there are very very few Bvilles with better than 1.9 60's on drags.
I always pre-load the tranny and diff before launch. Seen way too many of them end up all over the track with the stomp and go method unless you can afford the Torsen.

My best 60' was 2.194 on Dunlop SP Sport A2, 235/55/17 at 22 psi with the ELC tricked.

2.2 was all I ever got in the '93 with bad struts, bad tires, and any kind of launch you can think of. It was almost the exact same everytime.... Shows how "great" those tires were
