rockauto.com has two listings for 115amp alts. That may be a typo though so call before you order. Other than that, most cities have rebuilders that can rebuild yours to put out more power.

250? WTH? For what? I have a 160 and it's considered a bit extreme. 200 is almost unheard of.

Were you told you'd need 250 for a stereo project you're doing? 250 is pretty high. In a lot of high end stereo's (for DD's, not show cars) a 150-200 amp and a second battery should be enough.

If you're asking about this for the 370 watt amplifier and sub project you posted in the audio forum, someone's seriously yanking your chain if they told you that you need a 250 amp alternator. I advised you to have a load test, so you can see and learn for yourself what loads are put on your battery/alternator system. (Please do that before you go out and waste your money on an alternator you don't need.)

Simple observation: The amplifier you mentioned in the audio forum is fused at 25 amps. Think about that for a few moments. Your amp will never draw more than 25 additional amps from your electrical system, or else its own fuse will blow. If your stock alternator is a 125 amp model, and you're not loading 100 amps to begin with, you can add your amp without ever needing to upgrade your alternator. Neither do audio amplifiers draw constant current. They draw continuously changing current based on what you're playing and how loud you're playing it. I said it in the audio forum and I'll say it again here: You probably do not need to upgrade either your alternator or your battery cables or alternator cables. The advice you got on a site you linked to that said to do these things is really geared towards the massive competition style systems you see where people have a dozen amplifiers driving a wall of speakers. You don't need any of this. Your amp just requires a relatively insignificant 8-gauge power wire from the battery, and likewise an 8-gauge cable to ground.
