What is the exact lug socket size for the Bonnevilles.
19mm or 3/4 Sae
Both sizes in my 12 point sockets (Craftsman) fit real loose and are starting to round
the lug nuts, getting stuck on them usually.
I would like to buy a 6 point socket and want
to make sure I get the correct one.
(I have the same problem with my Tahoe, but I think the lugs
are bigger, IIRC??)

I've always used 3/4
maybe time to get fresh nuts while your at it.

Either one will work. 3/4 inches = 19.05 mm, so basically they are the same. I do think you need to get a 6 point though. I always use a 19mm.

I always use the 3/4" end of my speed wrench. It's a six-point and I've never had any issues.

When I worked at Wal-Mart, we used what was called a flip socket. One side had 19mm and the other had 21mm. Fit the majority of vehicles that came in. It was a 1/2" drive and you needed an extension to get it on a breaker bar and torque wrench. Come in handy more than once at home too

Absolutely get a 6 point. And I've used whichever my hand finds first.

19mm for the cars, the tahoe/suburban has 22mm lugs I think. At least the 3/4 ton trucks do.

Our 3/4 impact socket fits perfectly on my chrome lugs. love them compared to the cheapo plastic covered ones the car came with.
Plus, makes taking the tires off easier. I always managed to crack a cover or 2 every time.
