What are your suggestions for wheel cleaner/corrosion remover? I have a lil rust-ish type corrosion happening on the chromies right now, I just dont want it to get worse. I washed it last week and used chrome polish but it didnt help at all.

I use liquid claybar on my chromies. A little elbow grease and they look brand new again. I have some before and after pictures of some pretty bad rims if you would like

I have the nevr dull also, but I have found that it doesn't do any good on chrome for me. I use an acid cleaner on chrome and painted rims with unbelievable results, but I doubt it would do anything for rust. I would try the Mothers polish as suggested above. Use a Mothers powerball mini also for great results.

WAX YOUR RIMS when you are done. It will help prevent this in the future and also make them really pop, not to mention make them super easy to clean! :)

I waxed em all the time in the summer, its just from winter and not washing it as often. I have the power ball just need to use it also.

Yeah, I have some light corrosion on my swoopies. I used the Mother's Chrome polish last summer (by hand, didn't have the ball yet), and it took off a lot of the hazing, crud, and some corrosion.

I got a can of that Mother's Mag and Aluminum polish for Christmas. Just wasn't sure that I could use it on chrome (guess I should read the directions, lol). I'll have to give it a shot on the next round of cleaning/polishing of the Bonne.

I have found one thing that works exceptionally well and it isn't auto related at all!!

Try turtle wax, boat hull cleaner, it has a petrolleum distilate in it that will remove anything I have encountered and was designed for fiberglass and aluminum boat hulls, wich we all know will possibly be subjected to salt water!!! and doubles as a wax also and leaves a nice slick
feel to your rims, and at every wash, the brake dust will literally wash off!

Once every 3 to 4 months is all you need, I ran into this stuff because my dad has a boat and had the stuff around, we used it on his boat and I was like , hmmm I wonder? YEP!! thats the ticket!!

Just keep in mind, it doesn't have to be made for a car to work good on a car!

I have used never dull in the past and must say, it's great for polishing bare metal.
But how can you argue with something that was made to be submerged into salt water?

I use turtle wax chrome polish and rust remover on a powerball mini, with some #0000 steel wool on the rust spots. Removed 75% of the surface rust on my swoopies on my 00.

Armor all tripple action wheel cleaner. Spray it on, wait 1 minute, wipe off. SHINE!
