1995 Cluster Illumination Issues( Dash Lights all went out )

I know I have seen this on the forum before.. But what am I looking at as the cause of the problem? Will it be the Lighting/Dimmer control or will it be the Wiring to the control? I do not have Twilight...
Any info would be helpful

my silverado did that it turned out that the parking light half of the headlight switch broke, i had headlights but no parking or dash lights. are your parking lights working?

Head Lamps and parking lamps work fine
Dash Illumination is a no go...lol

I have a 98 bonnie and I'm having the same problem. The clusters dont light up and neither does anything else that should. Everything still works though. My only guess is the headlight switch and i plan to get one sometime next week.

IIRC, the '95s had some issues with melting connectors, but also with the rheostat that controls the dimming. So, it could be either - if the fuse is good. Gotta pull it out of the dash either way.
