Front sway bar link

I just replaced the link in the front of the car and i was wondering if there was a torque spec or how far i should tighten the bolt. it seems like it will tighten for a while because there are 4 rubber bushings. if anybody knows when to stop tightening please let me know.

I remember just kinda eyeing mine out. As soon as I saw the bushing start bulging a bit I think I stopped. However I used locking nuts as well as putting a second nut on to prevent them from loosening.

I am restoring a conquest and the FSM has me tighten it till there is a certain amount of threads coming from the nut, thus no torque spec.
Completely different car, but I am pretty sure the idea is the same.
