The Olds died a valiant death today.

So we got like a TON of snow in a very short period of time. Someone started to merge into her and tapped her, and she got pushed into the 2ft tall snow pack on the side of the freeway, it pulled the car in, she hit something, car flew into the air and landed on the top....

Nevertheless, it kept her safe and she walked away....

Front doors don't open....roof is bowed down about 3", but it runs...and moves...

It did what it was supposed to do. Keep the driver safe.

Extremely glad she wasn't injured. Sad to see the Olds destroyed, but better the car. Now you have the job of finding another one. :banana: - BC

Ugh, that's no fun, but add me to the list of people glad to see the car doing it's job, and doing it right. Hopefully other person stuck around, and insurance plays nice. Another project thread sounds fun too...

Taking pictures from a police cruiser on the scene speaks wonders.

Super safe, awesome cars, yet my sister doesn't want another. Go figure.

So, I guess the next one I buy will be when I have some storage room. However, 92-94 SSEI anyone? Hehe....

It was a really great car. Even when it died.

Oh, and I started it today. Started right up. :cool: My sister said it was running upside down for a while actually to. lol.

Also, her new whip. Got this for $2600 out the door. PA car, fairly clean, 144k, runs and drives great. Ride is normal jap car. Overall very happy, drove it about 40 miles on *shoot* roads and some interstate. Driven it even more after I bought it. Seems like it's gonna be a great car. Even has new Yokohamas. 2.3/Auto.

NOOOO! This car had come so far, that really sucks big. Still, its another testament to the overall safety of these H-bodies, demonstrated by walking away. I've had a number of close calls so far this year. Glad everyone's OK.
