Winter Break Chicago Meet Jan. 7/8th!

Thinking about possibly arriving Saturday staying the night and heading home Sunday evening, but won't know for sure for a week or so yet. Basically a for sure thing we will be there at least Sunday afternoon.

Sweet! I'll be reserving the room/rooms (depends on number of people) about a week in advance for the better rate, as long as I know by then we're good!

Its still looking like I wont be able to attend. Like Will mentioned, I have to work both those days and there's no route around it. Kinda the bummer about being the Rangemaster at a local gun club....I have been talking with Will and would sure be down for Spring meet..potentially over spring break if all of ours work out with our colleges....

I don't care what they show up in, The more the merrier. But so far, we have 6 staying at the hotel including the 240 guys. If it stays put at 6 people, either we will need two rooms, max is 5 per room, or we will have to have somebody not stay the night. Up to you guys as to who does what. I just need to know how many rooms to reserve and expect how many people will attend.

Will there be any other ladies? Heather is kinda worried she will be the only one and it will be all about cars lol. I told her it won't be like that that it would probably just be like a party, but she is still curious. Either way it don't change us coming or not. Only thing that would change anything is how much visiting she can do in NY in one week. If she needs that Saturday also then we will be there Sunday and if she don't need Saturday then we will be there Saturday afternoon. Either way I will be there, but hoping for Saturday cause I like beer lol.

Ok, so if this is inaccurate, let me know. I will be reserving the room(s) on the 30th or 31st to get the better rate. There is 5 people per room allowed, so we may only be getting the two rooms.

Those arriving Saturday and staying until Sunday are:
- Myself
- Lucas
- Lucas' GF Brittany
- Ryan C.
- Ryan's friend with the 240
- Ryan's other 240 friend
- Ryan's lady friend
- Carl
- Juan
- Ryan T.
- Ryan's GF (Forgot the name, d'oh!)
- Jim will be there, but he's local and won't be at the hotel, or maybe even both days of the meet.

Please post and let me know if this is correct, plus what time you are expecting to arrive!

I will most likely just have everyone meet me at the condo, or the hotel, depending. Then we can use my Gram's place Sunday. if this list is correct, then everybody would have to chip in ~$8/9 pre-tax, For two rooms, 11 people would make three rooms technically, but I wouldn't be surprised if one of the above can't make it for some reason. If absolutely necessary, I can just go back to the condo for the night. It's only down the street.
I'll know the exact amount when I reserve the rooms.

I will be using posts from this post down as a final head count when I reserve the rooms. Include yourself and anyone you are bringing with for the best accuracy.
