stock sizes are 6 3/4 fronts 5 1/4 rear doors and 6x9 rear deck
stock amp output for the factory bose amp is about 35 watts (called bose and checked) stock speaker impedance is 2 Ohm for all bonneville bose systems, to get the most out of your system you will want 2 Ohm aftermarket speakers. Infinity is one of the only manufactures that produces them, I have infinity speakers all in my car and I love them. I have these in the front doors

these in the back doors

and in the rear deck I have a nice set of infinity kappa 6x9's that sound great, I decided to use an amp for them instead of the factory because it wasn't enough power first off and also the bose amp only sends bass to the rears anyways.
if I had to do it over I would use these front speakers instead because the regulars are just a bit too deep and it makes a bit of a buzz where it touches the water shield on the door

EDIT: PS I forgot to say that I just unplugged the stock tweeter and put in a conventional speaker up front, you could wire in a 2-ohm component system if you were so inclined I just went with the easier way.
