My flight is coming in later that day...I think 4:30pm. I am renting a car (Pontiac, of course)....so if you get delayed or want to wait, I'll be in around that time.

gonna be a long couple weeks.... now I have to drive down to yosemite and will be getting back on the 20th be home 1 day and then back in the car to drive from spokane, wa to corvallis... lots of driving but at least there will be a week of pure joy and maybe alot of anyways cant wait only like 53 more days

Excellent warning video. I feel very foolish for my past trips down that stretch and will definitely not exceed 110 mph again on the final stretch.
Being that most of us are doing 100 mph at the end of the 1/4, that seems like a safe limit for testing purposes.

It was a darn good thing my brakes were brand new when I was foolish.

Not going WOT until after the houses is wise also so as not to attract police calls, particularly for those with louder than stock exhausts.

I'm coming to WCBF08. I just discovered this today. Didn't think I could, Mrs. Bugsi has to work, the boys have to cared for, -just didn't think I could do it. But, my mother is going to fly from Ohio to California to help take care of the boys, and I am now FREE TO ATTEND. I think I'm going to drive up Wednesday and return Sunday, I still need to schedule the time off work, but that shouldn't be hard. I will need to either book a room at the hotel or I need a place to pitch my tent. I'll collect and provide more info shortly, but I thought I should get this out there as soon as possible.

Thurs. July 24 - Egg McMuffin morning, and final Mod morning... then Ready for Test and Tune at Woodburn Drag Track - Leave at 1:30pm. Drag races - 3:pm - 7:pm. ....dinner at McDonald's @ 7:30pm.........back to KOA by 10:pm for the wet and brown shorts club

Friday July 25 - Testing and tuning. Arby's/Wendy's dinner. Road testing and final tweek mods. . ...... campfire discussions..........bed by 10:pm for big day tomorrow.

Saturday July 26 - Woodburn Chevy Showdown Show'n Shine Swap Meet & Drags Woodburn 100 Bonneville convoy leaves at 6:00 a.m. sharp.
8:am-6:pm followed by our traditional Bonneville/GP group photo shoot at Woodburn Dragstrip, and dinner at Salem Peitro's Pizza with the SEACPGP and PDXCGP Grand Prix's . ...back to KOA by 9:pm for awards and party till the engine blocks are cold.

Sunday July 27 - Group discussions and picture/video swap at Bill's.
Coffee Day and bowel gas expulsion.

Monday July 28 - Most will leave hurrying home to post pics of the best time they ever had while smiling.

I am sure we will work it out to get everyone down there. So far he is the only one that needs a ride. I have the whole week off work from Sat morning until the following Wed.

Although I plan on being in your area as soon as the others start showing up. It would be cool if Pdad, Paul, Matt and John knew when they are heading down. We could caravan.

Assuming it does not rain, I will be there on Wednesday July 23rd around 5PM PST.

I'm about 95% sure on going assuming the car holds up and I'm able to save $1000 in cash between now and the end of july for a potential tow back.....

I will be making my reservations this week at the KOA

By the way, if anyone is passing thru southern idaho and needs a place to crash, I have a decent sized house with 4 couches and plenty of floor space
