I will bring my camera along, it shoots 1080p video and is 8.1MP. I’m not much on video editing and movie making though haha.

Another thing I was wondering if you wanted to start nailing down is the food! I will be bringing 1 lb. each of shredded pork, barbecue beef, shredded chicken, shredded beef along with a couple bags of hamburger buns, couple cans of baked beans, some BBQ sauce, and maybe some chips.

Talked with Ed yesterday and it sounds like we will be meeting up with Will and kidnapping Carl in the Chicago area at 7PM. So our arrival time will be later on probably around dark.

I'm pretty much done. I took a lot of stuff off my list just so I would be ready. Tires are ordered and on their way (discovered the belts were showing on one tire this weekend, 60 miles from home, but I made it okay), and I hope I have enough money to get my A/C fixed.

Ryan, I plan to take LOTS of pictures and videos. I'll have my Nikon camera, and 2 video cameras - the Flip I brought last year and a mini HD camcorder that I got earlier this year. I'll probably be filling those up! Now, I'm not good with video editing, but I should be able to put together a nice lengthy video (probably similar to the one I did last year, but I'll try to get a little fancier with the editing).

We should do a video of each car driving by in a line.

Definitely a video of each car driving in line, I will find a spot we can setup and do a short WOT run for each car.

Chicago is still another 5 or so hours out so I would expect you guys around midnight.

As for food, I have the grill and will have propane on hand for that, I figure we can hit up the Mongolian BBQ like we did last year again, probably convoy there Sunday early evening, most people enjoyed that and I think those that didn't care for it will be gone by then.

We can make store runs at any time, we have a grocery store 10 minutes away and a few 24 hr big stores 25 minutes away. Eggs and pancakes / waffles are usually the standard breakfast we go with unless someone wants something else. Lunch we just kind of free float, some run to town for food, others have leftovers or cook their own, this has worked good in the past as not everyone wants to eat lunch at the same time.

There will of course be many liquid meals consumed, beer and wine are available at just about every gas station around, some liquor at a few of them but large selections of liquor at the big stores in town.

McDonald's and Subway only 10 minutes away as well as a few mom & pop type restaurants, 25 minutes away in Midland there is just about anything from Culvers to Pizza Hut to Tropical Smoothie Cafe as well as many hotels and stores.

Actually, I just got the bug spray out last night.

Still trying to pinpoint the last place I had my fold out chair...

I can bring like 5 camping chairs for anyone that needs one. I'll just contribute to food when i get there.

I just wanted to repeat. If anyone needs a ride that's on our way up, there's a seat available in Peter the Saab.
And I, ofc, offer my Saab as a photo shoot platform for anyone that may want a rolling shot, etc since its a convertible

Big x2 on the bug spray. The mosquitoes are straight up vicious this year. Get the deep woods stuff, or you may regret it.

I have thursday-Monday off work, so my attendance comes down to whether the car is in ship shape by then. I'm neck deep in the oil cooler/dual filter setup, I need to change my alignment settings, further investigation the front end rattle from hell aand try to make the car rain worthy.

I have an electric power washer i can bring, not the best but it gets the job done.
