That's good news, all things considered.
Just ordered it at Rockauto along with a 30mm deep socket which I didn't have.

$61 total.

I used a channel-lock pliers. It's hard to get a wrench, let alone a deep well socket, around it to get it out or back in.

Out of the three Rockauto sells is any of them a brand to stay away from? I need to replace mine and didn't know which one to choose, obviously spending less is preferred but if the cheaper isn't greatest I wouldn't do.

I just received the Airtex 1S6772 from Rockauto, I believe Archon recommended it. It says "Made in USA", that's a good sign

I don't know about the others, but the Airtex one isn't a 30mm Hex. It's 27mm (1 1/16").

Like I said, you don't really need the special socket for it. Its hard enough getting a pliers or your hand in there, let alone a socket deep enough to get around it. I used a medium sized channel lock pliers.

When I did mine I ended up getting a hand cramp getting it started and threaded in super hand tite, then I used a crescent wrench to snug it tight. I also used thread tape. Did it over a year ago and no signs of seapage or leaking.

I just changed mine out, it was pretty easy from underneath on ramps & a floor jack for backup. Both the one I took out and the one I put in were 27mm (1 1/16"). It would have been a piece of cake during an oil change with the filter off. A deep socket and short (2") extension also would have worked well from underneath. I used a small (8") adjustable and had to keep flipping it to get the next flat.
Next time I'd do it from underneath with a regular old 16-point box end wrench during an oil change with the filter off.
Definitely took care of the 120psi gauge reading though

I am getting ready to replace this sensor as well. Can anyone supply the pics? They are not coming through on these threads.

It's the only sensor ABOVE your oil filter, and I strongly suggest you get an AC Delco sensor only. Many of the off-brands are problematic.

This diagram should help you with the location.
