Hard to say if it still adds miles on it when broken. I know that the digital odometer in my '93 SSEi does not add them when the dash is messed up.
Even so, I still can't imagine a whole lot more miles on it. I just can't see someone driving around for more then a few thousand miles without a speedometer, tach, or gas gauge.
then again.... who knows??
