All 2000+ Bonnevilles have the same battery, but it's different for them than the 92-99's. There is no difference between the SE, SLE, and SSEi batteries, AFAIK.

Ed is right. All 2000+ Bonnevilles have the battery under the back seat. SE/SSEi, its all the same.
I doubt Walmart is going to carry the battery you need. Check out Autozone or any other auto parts store

Bonnevilles made before the 2000 model year have the battery under the hood. Bonnevilles made in and after the model year have the battery under the backseat, due to lack of room under the hood. They are all the same for any bonneville 2000 and up. If the guy at Walmart is telling you different, leave. We know what we're talking about.

Well...I don't know what to say as when I first bought a replacement battery for my friend's SSEi, they ordered the wrong battery....said it was for the other models. It was both smaller, and with fewer CCAs.
GMPD won't give a part number with just a search without contacting their costumer service, but they do show 2 different vent tubes...one without the heavy duty battery, one with. So, I would again caution to make sure you get the right one. If necessary, measure the one you have to compare against the new one.
Edit - Regarding the location, as stated...they are all under the back seat for the 2000+s
RPM's - up..down..up..down, car still stalling when i brake

after i start the car...after a few seconds, the car acts like its gonna die... the rpms' rev up to 3..then it drops off to under 1...then revs back up to 3, then back down....feels like its gonna die, till i rev the gas a bit. This does this at a stop light when sitting sometimes too. The car will die sometimes when i make a turn into a parking lot unless i throw the car into neutral...same when i drive at a slow coast. i cleaned the MAF sensor cuz thats the code coming up on the car...after i sprayed the MAF cleaner on it...it ran fine, no stalling, till the next day......I bought a new battery too cuz the car stopped starting up....now no problem starting....but the car keeps dying when I come to a slow down or stop..when i come to a slow down, those RPM's jump up and down sometimes...???

I merged your new topic with your old one. Please don't start a new topic for the same problem. Keep all the information in 1 place.

sorry, i thought i was making a new 'subject:' cuz even though it is related to the problem of stalling....the RPM's gauge never did this before.......Could this be an alternator problem??

Sounds like a vacuum leak. Did the same thing on my car when andrew knocked off the vacuum t underneath the blower snout. Check all vacuum fittings, lines and t's. If they are cracked or broken, replace them.

PROBLEM SOLVED:...i bought a new MassAirFlow Sensor and cars running 2 days strong, no stall. .......I did not want to spend $140 on the MAFsensor and it not fix the problem, as was what happened to my Dad's 96 SSEi, his code said MAF, turned to be the Computer was bad.....yet buying a new sensor is the only way to tell if its really bad.......or, try this........ if your cars ever stalling on the brake and turn and or the code comes up for the MAF Sensor......... go buy the MAFSensor Spray cleaner...if it runs good/better after trying the cleaner, just for even a few miles and you will fell better RPM's and no stall or easier to control no stall, the car will feel like its driving better........but then will run like *shoot* again once you turn it off..........This all entailed, is how i came to my problem solved, sprayed the cleaner, let it dry, took it around the block a couple times and thru the town... made it run gerat, no stall....then got home and back to the same stall...bought the sensor, fixed the problem, for now.............thanks for the help guys.

Or you could just unhook the MAF, and see if that fixes the problem. The computer is designed, so that if the MAF fails, it knows what the engine needs for air, and uses fuel to match. But, if the MAF is sending goofy readings, it goes by what the MAF is saying, not knowing it's wrong.
