Ya, something like that but I'm not as familiar with it cause I always turn the traction control off.

Well leave it on and do some testing. I'm betting it some issue with the trans and the traction control.

If you rest your foot on the brake when you're on the throttle and hear the groaning, you should feel the typical ABS pulsation.

No it's not the anti lock brakes. :angry7:

Maybe I can strap myself under the front of the car and have someone drive it so I can see what is touching the body or frame. :bluetwitch:

The darn SES light keeps coming on because of the tube leak. :angry4:

Other than that the car runs great. :)

The ABS & TC noise are different. Did you test the TC noise yet?

Is it maybe an exhaust leak when things torque out of position? Or look around the EGR for soot.

Sounds like it could be the input sprag. Its there in first under light throttle and there in 2nd under heavy throttle?

It's there in 1st under moderate to heavy throttle and in 2nd under heavy throttle.
Doesn't matter if TC is on or off.
You can feel it in the front passenger floorboard and hear the groaning very well.

Tell me more about this input sprag. :???:

its in the transmission and a 1 way clutch. in first gear its locked and in second its overrunning even though the input clutch is still on. If there is no noise in 3rd or 4th it maybe the input sprag. does it seem like there is any slip in first? What happens when you have it in just regular drive at like 3500-4000 rpms (yea youll be going sorta fast) and you let off the gas while the trans is in 3rd? It should engine brake. Listen to see if you can hear the noise then.
