Hi, you can get the weird torx screws out with an allen key. It worked for me!!
Or you can use a small flat screwdriver to go from point to point in torx and unscrew it- should not be very tight

thanks for the info but i just put a flathead against the middle piece and kept hammering it till it was low enough to use the torx screw. did that to the same ones i got from the junkyard too, it was easier than i thought
