Ah. The stock wheels are back on the unIntriguing, so grip isnt nearly as good as with the Extreme DW's, but Ill keep modding it as long as parts are cheap!
Maybe someone can lend a hend figuring out my evap issue. Burnouts would make a good celebration for fixing that one. Speaking of which: does anyone have a pair of burnout tires?

I finally found this!
When/where are you guys meeting? As Martin said, we're meeting Saturday (hammering out when/where; maybe it'll be at the meet). I'd like to meet a bunch of you guys!!
I'd LOVE to do the top end stuff if you guys would be willing to help out (I'd have to get some express shipping probably unless there's a place locally to get Fel-pro stuff easily). I don't have anything ordered, but I'd like to do LIM gaskets, S/C gasket, injector O-rings, and valve cover gaskets. I also have a S/C coupler and oil. Let me know what you guys think. I don't want to be the new-kid-on-the-block and waste everyone's time with something I'm sure you've all done.

DO NOT get Fel Pro LIM gaskets -get GM 89017816 LIM gaskets, FelPro MS95744 sc gasket, Dorman metal coolant elbow's 47065HP and use a GM o-ring on the end that goes into the LIM and use Permatex Water Pump & Thermostat Housing RTV at all end of the elbows.
You will also need anearobic gasket maker to seal the nose drip when changing the coupler in the supercharger.

Will AC Delco 89017816 work? (just want to be sure). Does that come with the sealer needed to bridge the gaps? (it isn't pictured).
Felpro MS95744 was on my list.
I have Intense's aluminum coolant elbows (bought them with my FWI).
What GM O-ring do I get for the end going into the LIM?
What is anearobic gasket maker? Is there a Permatex product for it?
EDIT: found it. "Permatex anearobic gasket maker"
Rats...maybe I can't get all this in time for Saturday....
Here's what my list was before:
Intake gasket set - Felpro - MS98014T --- now replaced with 89017816
S/C gasket - Felpro - MS95744
Injector O-rings - Felpro - ES70599 (x3)
Thermostat seal - Felpro - 35666
TB gasket - Felpro - 61024
Valve Cover gaskets - Felpro - VS50465R
Where/when is the meet? (PM me if that's better for someone)

Is there going to be a grill? If so I will bring some kick-ass pork tenderloins and cheddar-bacon brats.

We will be grilling.
I'm not so sure about the lim swap just because of the possibility of goofy stuff going wrong. I'm certainly not unwilling to help out but I would hate to have you end up stranded because of something silly. Then again, it does look like we have some pretty good expertise coming.
As for time, I'm pretty open. Ill probably be in the garage by 10am.
I'm still trying to figure out this goofy cv boot leak, so I don't know whether my car will be mobile by then.

I'm having a little trouble finding you some burnout tires... Got my feelers out, though...

Martin sounds like he's ready to tackle the LIM and other gaskets on the top end, but if you guys don't want to do it, we don't have to. I don't want to overstep my noob bounds. My car will by no means win best in show (appearance and mechanically).
Can someone please PM me an address to go to and maybe a phone number to reach someone at? Depending on the location, I can be up there before 11.
What do you guys want me to bring? (Both food/fluid and any special tools I may have or extra parts)

If anyone has a driver's side cv axle in good shape I might take it. Hopefully I can just get mine to pop into place though.
Chris, if you don't have a pair of wheels/tires sitting around I wouldn't worry about it. Just an idea for some giggles.
As far as food and such, I'll probably get some brats and burgers. Maybe some chicken or porkchops if anyone's into that. Or just bring whatever.
I'll probably have a case of summit on hand or whatever else anyone wants to put in the fridge.
Anyone who needs the address can pm me.

Matthew: This probably isn't the best place to tear your car completely apart, LOL. We kinda got bit in the ass last time with Jovan's car, and it all worked out, but him being 8 hours from home with a car that was doing goofy things wasn't anyone's idea of fun.
Are you doing them as PM, or are they already leaking?

Did Jovan have issues before doing it? What happened?
Currently, I have no issues (knock on wood). I want to do this as PM, but I am not sure if they are leaking or not (I'm pretty sure my rear valve cover is though). On the upside, I'm less than half the distance as he was. lol (PM'd yourgrandma for his address)
I just figured that with everyone there, it would be the best opportunity to do it with success and also be a great learning experience.
***If there is anyone against working on my car, I will skip it. Just let me know.
Ed, are you going to be able to come?
