Catalytic Converter that Won't Throw a Code

MW, would you be able to tell me where the MAP sensor and the purge solenoid is, The PCV, and what the round cylinder is that is on front of the intake plenum , and close to the engine oil fill neck, and has vacuum lines going to it ( i think 3 lines.)? on my SE with 3.8L V6 with no super charger.

Now I have to discover why and what is causing my car to throw a sporadic EVAP code, even though neither I or the mechanic can find any leaks or defective parts! still because of this EVAP code. I am unable to get the car to pass the NC DOT inspection! Frustrating!
