Magnaflows are good, make sure you add a good resonator in the piping to keep the sound clean. a magnaflow 4",5" or 6" round will work as a resoantor, bigger the better.
you can have duals added to the SE, you will need a couple exhaust hangers added and the piping made. if you have a local yard with a stock SLE/SSEI system you can use that and snag the hangers as well. if you want more sound then you can swap the mufflers. IIRC the rear bumpers are different so it may need a little fitting to look tighter to your bumper (SSEI/SLE have cutouts in the bumper, so a SE might look a little low to the car). the duals are mostly for looks.. very little performance to be had.

Thanks for the info, and for the cutouts i am going to make the fitting using a heatgun and try and mold the rear bumper to make it look like it was stock i think the dual setup will add a better look to the car

I am thinking of just going with magnaflow.
Any suggestions on certain parts or kits?
Its hard to tell on youtube how the exhaust is on 3800's because on drivebys everyone punches on the gas haha.
but i think it will be quiet city driving and better on the highway!
If you want video, I can give you a video of idle, driving by, and in the car idle/drive by. But you gotta remember, its gonna be a lot quieter at first, but when the packing starts to break down the louder the exhaust will get. Mine has to be a year old by now and its not ridiculous.

If you wanted to, you could get tips on the mufflers that pointed down and away from the bumper, so you wouldn't have to cut or fabricate anything.
This is a few that Magnaflow offers:

Hopefully you guys don't freak on me but i kind of like this. I photoshopped this in the rear bumber.

You know you're going to have a dirty as hell bumper from that right? All the vapor that liquefies is gonna make a mess on your paint/plastic. But if you like that, I'd say go for it.

Here is my video, not the greatest but its a start I guess.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=evc0JENhc4o I would like to get new headers, a high flow cat, and a downpipe. That would make it a little manlier sounding.

Thanks for the video! I really like the sound of that, even though it still has a little drone at highway speeds, but doesn't sound to loud.

I went to a shop and had them put it on. It was like 25 bucks more for them to do it, so I just said to hell with it. They can do it.
