Run seafoam through gasoline and intake. One pint of seafoam in a half tank of fuel is a good mix. The intake is optional, but recommended.
Then check to make sure your maintenance is up to date.
Grease: Ball Joints, Tie Rods Every 8-10k (Synthetic grease if you've got it)
Air Filter Every 15k (Amsoil Ea, Purolator PureONE)
PCV Valve Every 15k

Fuel Filter Every 12-15k (Purolator, AC Delco, WIX)
Spark Plugs Every 30k (NGK TR55 or Autolite) (Never Bosch)
Ignition Wires Every 30k (Napa Belden, AC Delco, Autolite, NGK) (Never Taylor or Bosch)
Oil & Filter Every 5-6k (Mobil1 and Purolator PureONE) (Never Fram) http://www.pontiacbonnevilleclub.com/fo ... f=45&t=214
*Conventional Oil Every 3k(Pennzoil with a WIX (Napa), Delco or Purolator filter)
Transmission Flush Every 15-20k (Always make sure filter is changed when flushed)
Cooling System Flush Every 25k (Peak or Prestone Green Coolant Only) (Never Dexcool)

*Special Considerations*
All 3800s, LG3, LN3, L27, L36, L26, L67 & L32, especially important on vehicles factory installed with orange Havoline Dexcool Antifreeze/Coolant:
Lower Intake Manifold Gasket Replacement, every 80-100k (ignorance of this can allow coolant to enter your engine oil, this happening can cause irreversible lower engine damage, requiring replacement of subject engine)
Series II, Naturally Aspirated, RPO:L36:
Upper Intake Manifold Plenum Replacement, every 80-100k (ignorance of this can allow coolant to enter your intake manifold, possible damage to occur can be hydrolock, irreversible damage to emissions devices, misfires, etc. Most times, engine replacement is required if ignored long enough.) http://www.pontiacbonnevilleclub.com/fo ... =53&t=1061

I rode in Radomirthegreats's Bonneville when I stop by house and it went fast as hell he didnt have any seats so had to sit in the back on some floor mats.

Ok i checked it and surprisingly i have the 3.05 gear config...and yes i checked it again and again, if F83 is the 3.05 then i dont have "granny" gears

id say a full tune up is in order, because you could be losing power there. if there is still something obviously wrong, we can go from there

how much is a "full tune up" no one has given me an answer yet, and i know there are different variables but if you give me an average price i can go from there

Full tune up? I just spent over 500 bucks on mine
But usually, if you're not replacing the UIM and LIM gaskets (you should), it should be around 100-150 bucks

Like I said to you...you can easily do it yourself. Just use the list I wrote up and anything that hasn't been done, get it at your local parts store or somewhere online and install it.
You still need to check the date code on the UIM as well...that is most important.

well, id say around $150-200 not including the LIM gasket. this is doing it yourself btw.

well, this is what I paid for...
APN UIM (115)
Aluminum LIM gaskets (50)
Autolite 104s (idk, 10 bucks?)
Coolant Elbows
Valve Cover Gaskets
Ceramic Brake Pads (got ripped off by the napa, bait and switch, sigh... gave me semi-ceramics that SUCK)
Fenderwell Intake
injector connector pigtail (:roll:)
I'm probably forgetting a few things...
Also, I just saw that list up at the top. That's WAY TOO much. I don't know who came up with that, but multiply all of those intervals by two and that's what you really should be doing. Except for this: Oil & Filter Every 5-6k (Mobil1 and Purolator PureONE) (Never Fram) I change mine every 3k and am kinda a stickler about it. It's only around 30 bucks to change your oil, so why not?

Seafoam, $6
thats under $100....
now...check that date stamp...and see if you're going to need a UIM replacement with LIM gaskets.

well I already replaced brake pads and rotors, so we're good on that deal, ummmmmmm... let's see...
-New Tires
-New Brake Pads/Rotors
-jesus i don't even remember what else I replaced...there hasn't been that many things I've changed, this car hasn't had ANYTHING go bad..OH yea the starter- replaced that
....
that's really about it..there's not a whole lot of stuff that I have replaced...so..i want a good list of stuff that says EXACTLY what i need something VERY simple and VERY easy to understand, if you want me to do this by myself...
