Beldins or AC Delco exclusively, never have had a problem with either.

i noticed theres a difference in the NAPA plug wires for pre-00 L67 and 00+ L67's. and also a different price, whats the difference?

The only difference I'm aware of is Series I wires are 8mm and Series II wires are 7mm.
