Nice! Definitely need to lose the wheels, they SCREAM "This car has a V6".

Which is sooooo unfortunate, I actually like those wheels WAY better than the stock ones from a GT. Maybe when I get mine someday Ill trade with someone who has a V6 and we'll both be happy.

Which is why you get the 19's on the GT.

I know a lot of the GT guys like the V6 tail lights though.

They kinda clash with the orange, though. And the back end kinda looks a lot like an Impala when it has the V6 taillights.

Yea, Ignition Orange is one of those "unique" colors that doesn't play well with other colors/accessories/options. I had that issue with my Camaro which was Cayenne Red Metallic. Black worked good with it, but after that...

yeah i love these wheels as well. thinking about gt tail lights if i can find a pair for a decent price. after i get my taxes done i may get some black 19"-20" wheels with chrome lip... but we will see....

I'm a bigger fan of gunmetal/charcoal than I am of black for wheels.

must be my monitor.. this car looks red, not orange... although the corner markers look perfectly orange to me...

It's the aperature on the camera in the low levels of light. It's an IOM.

hmm ill have to double check that tomorrow.... clean auto check... and i know the original owner. he said its never been in an accident

my GXP went on the lot yesterday at about 2pm... it was sold by 5pm... makes me wish i woulda sold it myself

I think it's the same as the hood, the lines just hurt the looks.

The bumper cover looks slightly darker however...

I think it's a crappy pic, and we should wait to pass judgement until he gets some real pics with a real camera, LOL.

Holden hadn't excatly mastered the new water based paint yet when they were making G8's. The bumpers are often a shade off in certain lights, and more so in the 08s than the 09s.

yeah looked it over in the sun.... dont think anything has been replaced. just a *shoot* pic. i can tell however a bit of difference between the body and body moldings (bunpers and side skirts) oh well i dont think its real noticeable

Meh who cares, I'd drive a G8 even if it was pink purple and polka dotted with the oscar meyer weiner on top
