Not true. I've got a mild Sonus clay that I use because the last Clay Magic I tried marred my paint. It works well at removing stuff except it doesn't get quite all of the tough stuff like sap. I think it does compromise the slickness of the wax, but I don't feel that it removes it.

Good point, I agree, but slightly disagree. I usually go by feel, rather than looks. You can feel the bumps and imperfections of the "gunk" much better than you can "see" it.
Yes, when I typed 'looks' I should or could have used 'is'.
And I agree you can 'feel' see better than you can 'sight' see....if that makes sense?
