Or, for next time, get an extra key-fob with the trunk opener button. Keep it in a safe place.

My SE didn't come with keyless entry, but I added a Clifford alarm with keyless entry and trunk opening. Extra key fobs are plentiful on eBay. Put fresh batteries in it, program it for your car, and keep it in a safe place.
