Mine are starting to go on my 2000, Do U have to mark the needle position with tape for the stepper motor? How difficult is it itself to remove cluster, i've had the trim piece off before, simple as removing some screws and unhooking harness? If u pull a needle out of stepper motor, can the stepper be removed and a new one soldered on board or no? I replaced all stepper motors on my brothers 04 Chevy truck, but wasn't sure if these were the same? Does someone have a diagram of the location of the incandescent bulbs? I'm sure the Led ones are all still good?

You can either mark the positions or install the needles while the cluster is installed in the car for a perfect calibration. The cluster can be removed with no tools, very easy. The stepper motor replacement would be identical to the Chevy truck. There are 8 bulbs, very easy to notice among all the LED's.
