I finished her off... going to the scrap yard tomorrow morning.

With all the extra crap I threw in the trunk and the block in the back seat, it should weigh more than stock... I think.

Poor car... this is why I'm glad all of my cars have either gone to the big highway in heaven, or have gone to far away homes. I get too attached to them... It's been tough enough watching my sister rag out my PT and I only had that for a couple weeks lol.

Bought the car for $350
Pulled a $800 engine out of it, already sold
Scrapped the car for $300
Scrapped the catalytic converter for $120
Got a pile of Park Avenue parts to sell

That's pretty cool Andrew. You should set it up next time you strip a Bonne in your driveway. That would be cool to see.

Nice hat BTW. XD

When did you get a Hero 3 black?

A few days ago. Playing with it now to get comfortable with it for when I bring it to Montana snowmobiling. I have a Hero HD 1080, but the 3 is so much better.

Same here. Fortunately every car I've ever sold has gone to someone at least an hour away. Knowing that each one will probably never be kept as nice, it's nice to remember them as they were and not know the fate they met.

Looking forward to some more of that camera action - there's some pretty cool stuff that could be done with that.

Yeah, Chad with the 05 SLE just got himself a hero 3 silver, for the same thing, lol.

Andrew, I'm surprised you didn't use your phone or the WiFi remote to shut it off. Incredible technology in those tiny little things...

Didn't have the remote with me. Using my phone would have required removing my gloves, turning on Wifi, opening the app, and pressing a few buttons, etc... Way easier to turn it off manual this time.

That thing looks like crap! I have been thinking about a hero 3 but I have a 2 and it's probably good enough for what I use it for.
