OK, good and bad news. Bad first, my son lost in the round before the last five to go to the finals in Fla. Not bad for his first time out. Good news, it makes it easier for me to get down there!

Rolling the event back a week has finally given us a clear night at the drag strip. anybody up for a little friday night test-n-tune?

Yes still Nov. 4th - 7th. It's just that traditionally SEBF has been the last weekend of October, which landed on the same date as the Super Chevy show IIRC, so the track would have been packed.

Looking forward to this. Last year Mrs Lunchboxx and I were busy..well she was more busy than I was. This year we will be there..all three lunchboxes!


Getting big isnt he? Can ya'll believe he is a year old next month?? He has his first tooth and can pull himself up to standing..He is a little too mobile! I used to say I cant wait til he does more..now i wish he sat still a bit more.

I am arriving on Southwest Airlines Flt 133 Thurs Nov 4 at 07:00 PM
Then I need to be at the airport on Mon Nov 8 no later than 10am. I can certainly go sooner too if it's more convenient.

I could possibly pick you up on the way down, gotta check with my teacher first about a possible scheduling conflict first though. Can't take you back though cause I gotta leave Sunday morning-midday.

Hope I get all the time off I requested... If I am off like I requested picking you up and dropping you off will not be a problem..

OIA is kind've on my way so that's a plus. but then you'd have to sit in a car with me, so thats a minus...

but i'd be willing to give you a ride either way.

Machetes are only good for 2 thangs, servin twinkies and uh, uh, well their good for that.

Hacking through brush is another good thing for them. Lots of brush, and nasty animals, in central Florida.

Uhmmm....I know it's pretty late, but are t-shirts needed? If we can get orders together next week I can probably pull off having them available by SEBF 2010.
