High idle issue

The car for the past month maybe month and half has been starting In the morning and at idling at 1500 then it would idle down after awhile if I left it, I just figured with the cold weather that was normal usually I just warmed it up for a bit then went to work and all was fine a few minutes later down the road. Well today I started the car and it was at 2500 and won’t idle down, if I throw it in gear it will go down to 1500 but that’s it, back in park and right back up? It’s giving me no codes, so I’m lost what it is at this point? When I was chasing the misfire thing last year I replaced the tps, cleaned the iac and egr too. That iac are u able to pull and press in the Pintle? It moves but very hard each way wether I pull on it or push it in, that was today when checking if it was dirty etc.

Update, was a faulty TPS Which was new in july!
