Post by alexcoqui »

what is the smallest I can go?

I want the most horses I can get without blowing the engine to pieces.

it has yella terra 1.9, speed daddy headers, intense computer and intake and all the other small aterations intense tells you to do with the computer.

Id start out with a 3.4 and scan for knock, and if there isn't any then you can go down more until the KR gets uncomfortable.

Will that put me close to 300 horses? Or am I way far from that?

Wheel or crank? A 3.2 set up with your mods will probably touch 300 at the crank. Wheel is a different story.

I agree on the 3.4 and scan from there. For a little reference though, I dyno'd with with a 3.2 (See siggy for other mods, except that the dyno run was before 1.9 rockers) and put down 254hp/353ftlb. at the wheels.

You'll also want to consider the effect the extra power will have on your transmission.
