Either way, I'd go get your stock G8 GXP wheels. They look infinitely better than what they put on as aftermarket. I'd also call out the salesman on it, asking him if those wheels ended up on HIS G8. IF they won't acknowledge that the salesman swapped them, and you're still within your allowed timeframe of returning the vehicle, threaten them with returning it, unless they buy you a set of true G8 GXP wheels. They can keep those dumb aftermarket ones...

If worse comes to worse, just point them to this thread (which has Sadden's original post in it). Explain to them the potential negative P.R. from this, from all of us being witnesses to what wheels WERE on the car and the fact that we have actual pictures of the car AT Columbia Chevy with the correct wheels on the car... Not only that, but did they try selling you on the fact that the wheels on the car are "CTS-V wheels" when they're not? If so, can that be seen as fraudulent? What else are they lieing about??

If they advertised the car with those wheels and properly disclosing them, not an issue. But we all know that at one point in time, that wasn't the case. The car was being sold with it's OEM wheels in THEIR advertising.

Absolutely agree with this. Those cheesy wheels have to go. The stock ones look better, are stronger and lighter. Also, are those snow tires?

Its a nice car, definately don't see a lot og gxps running around.

Just to be a jerk ill call out the "stall" thing. Higher stall speed torque converter sounds much less, uh, highschool? I'm an a hole though.

When i last texted him he had emailed the sales manager and they were arguing it out back and forth. Im pretty sure hes putting a case together and go straight to gm about it.
