ignition issue's

Post by Adamus Prime »

My car is missing on ALL cyl's

happened while was was driving, and it "all of the sudden" started missing... BAD! sounds like a motor with jumped timing...

I shut it off, and now I've gotta press the gas, to make it start, and it now won't hold an idle to save its life...

My initial thoughts, lead to to check my wires (good), Plugs (good), MAF sensor (unplugging it doesn't smooth the idle)

I've replaced coil's & ICM with a "good used" set I had, cleaned the oxidation off of the ICM mounting plate, but I still have my miss...

tested the coil's (pulled boots off the coil while it ran, "OUCH!!! X 6 " yup, got spark....)

looked to see if my CPS was fraying at the plug, also good...

fuel filter is nice and clean, and I am getting fuel...

I'm stuck, any one have any ideas?

I couldnt draw any codes from the PCM, my motis is @ work...

it turned out to have nothing to do with the ignition at all , but it threw a set of AP103's cause its been about 90* for the past week.

I blew the blower gasket = HUGE VACUUM LEAK!!!!
