Since we brought home my Grandmother's 07 Lucerne.
No, not exactly new, used with 11k miles.
No, not a V8, a 3800 Series III, it has a decent amount of power...
It has been THE best car to her and I hope it continues to do so, It now has a whopping 28k miles and has only had; Oil changes, Intermediate shaft replacement, and the grille, which used to be black, but it was technically a mod, as it didn't have to be done.
She was going to buy a Ford Five Hundred and when we got back from the test drive, she saw this on the used lot and fell in love. It doesn't have very many options, but it has what she wants.

My Grandmother had either a late 70's or early 80's diesel Mercedes. I would totally get one. Loved it. The Lucerne is sweet!!

My grandmother drove a Town Car from 1987 (around the time I was born) to about '99 when her cousins (they owned a service station) told her the chassis was about to buckle... Then it all went down from there.... She got a brand new '99 Toyota Camry and had that until about '05 (so I never got to drive it, not that I wanted to, lol) when she got a Sebring with the 2.7 (*shudder*). I got to drive that one once, and after that I decided walking about a mile to the condo community center was a better idea from then on. Then she got a Lexus ES. I wasn't allowed to drive that one until fairly recently. I don't know why, it wasn't fast at all and it was just as boring to drive as you'd imagine... I really hope they redeem themselves soon. Their best friends/neighbors just traded in their Toyotas for a Sonata turbo and a Genesis 2.0 track (!) and they quite like them, but we'll see!

Oh, and FYI, last week would have been the 4 year anniversary of owning the Impala. That was not an anniversary I would have celebrated :lol:

Very very nice! Same color as my Dad's 07 CXS. Which I will be getting more pics of soon. Their beautiful cars! As for my Grandma she's had 2 cars since I was born. A Cavalier Z24 then a Tracker. My Grandpa on the other hand... Has a 2005 Monte Carlo SS Supercharged. With like less then 10k miles on it, all black with every available option and garaged during the winters :btruestory:
