Nothing wrong with that IMO. I did the same thing. I actually liked my original ZZP PCM a little more than the INTENSE burn.but for me it was just the security of having my original stay, original

I just feel Like a dumbass in here not knowing anything about cars that require tuning. Ive never had one, so its alot to all take in at once , but everyone has helped me out alot, and I just want to get the most out of my Bonne by doing things right the first time
In just a week I went from not knowing anything about these cars or even what a 3.4 pulley was, to explaining to a dealer what a case learn is.. Thats progress .. for me at least :D

Current mods - FWI, Intense 1.0 PCM, 3.4"- 3.5", Intense MPS, AL 104s, 180 Stat , Intense/TG shiftkit, Aeroforce Interceptor scan gauge
Upcoming mods- 1.9 rockers, 105#springs, Headers, 103s, 3.3, tune..

Re: Performance Comparo
Never a dumbass for asking questions. The dealers are the real DA's. All they know is plugging in their Tech2's and downloading canned programs off their GM sites.
Actually that would be my preference too. Just plugging in a programmer that walks you thru changes but unfortuneately they don't make them for our SSEi's. There was never enough demand to make it profitable for them to develop one, like for other performance makes.
With the support we have now on these old cars, I'll probably have to demod if the PCM ever craps out.
