Unless you state you need a car with the room, you'll get a Cobalt or something cheap.

Well as some of you know, I took my car in today to get the repaint done and the new hail damage fixed.
Got the rental today, was asked if I wanted something comparable in size. I said yes please. So a Malibu was on the list. Had to wait 10 mins before getting it.
15 mins past, girl calls me and says, "The Malibu is gonna take longer so we're giving you another car" I'm thinking ok, a new Buick, she then says, "Will a Cadillac CTS be alright?" I said Yes. :D

Now you need to degrease and shine the engine bay, wash the car and dress the tires.

It would be hilarious to see the faces there when you return it all nice and shiny.

Attendant: "I don't remember it leaving like that..."

You: "I was bored"

That's what I plan on doing. The dust is caked on. As for returning it. It's a nice car but the mirrors are hard to see out of and are horrible for blind spots the rear quarters are huge so another bad blind spot and the steering wheel is small. Turning radius isn't bad though

Oh and tell me about the blind spots...the SAAB has it baaaad. Mine is about the same thickness and I can't see *shoot*. The SAAB has a curvature built into the passenger mirror that allows me to see the blind spot on that side...however there isn't one on the left side probably because SAAB knew the cars would be in the left lane blasting down the autobahn...

the caddy has similar mirrors as the gmc acadia. but they dont' work too well on this car and the center rear view mirror has a bend in it which makes everything narrower

Have you ever removed the cover from a car that has not had it removed in a long time? Those covers HIDE the dust and dirt.

I removed all the plastic when I cleaned it. They must clean under it once in awhile because it wasn't bad. Or it's only ever been used for city/hwy. No gravel.
