I went to start the car today and while having the key pressed on and applying pressure to turn the starter, every relay in the dash it sounded like would keep clicking on and off. The starter would not turn. If I forced the lights off (thought it was the battery) then you could hear the relay for the lights stop clicking on and off when trying to start.
Eventually the relays stopped clicking and they remained on which allowed the starter to turn. Sometimes you can feel and hear the starter get power in between a few of the relays clicking. It turns out my radio presets were lost so at some point there was no power to the radio implying bad battery connections. It rode perfectly home and it started up both times when I tested it once I was home.
Any other ideas besides starting with bad battery connections? Hate for it to leave me stranded even though its starting for me now.

Re: Starting issue
Sorry for the late reply....
It certainly sounds like loose/corroded battery connections. You might check out the ground buss locations as well.

Thank you for replying.
I ended up cleaning the cables the best I could. Its been awhile now and the issue has not come back.
