It depends on where the problem is and how comfortable you are in disassembling it. If the light is something you don't really need and/or want, I'd just disconnect it (if this turns out to be the problem). Otherwise, like 00Beast mentioned, a replacement is the easiest. Unless you buy new your problem may return and it's a risk you take in buying used. I'd wait to confirm what happens for sure and evaluate your options then.

I have the same problem. They work for days, then they are out because the fuse blows. Could this problem be related to high heat and humidity? Sometimes I can replace the fuse no problem. Other times it blows again while I am replacing it.

Humidity isnt a culprit to my knowledge. Do you hit a bump in the road when this problem occurs. Drive around with the lamps on and find a bump in the road, or tap the visors and see if thats the root of the problem.

just bought the car and when i test drove it the sales guy said the interiior lights wouldnt come on iin the daylight. so tonight when i drove it...they didnt work either. I found a reciept from preev owner and dealer. owner complained about blowing fuses for the lights dealer couldnt duplicate the problem.
