Couldn't get the Grizz's seats fixed though. Not enough time or patience. Too many other more interesting jobs to do. These AL7 seats are comfortable but a very cheaply designed mechanism.
I have too many pics to download but Bill got most of the good ones.

Most of that is covered on page 4.
1. Larger hex that won't strip out like the OEM plug. Ever try to remove a stripped headed OEM plug? I have. It's a bitch.
2. Slightly larger hole to aid in draining and filling.
3. Most important, traps the steel particles from the gears and bearings and keeps them from circulating and causing more wear.

Plan ahead. On your car, it means taking off the supercharger and then disassembling the 'charger. MUCH MUCH simpler on an M90. WE just did a little more work on Matt's 2k solid front mount and shot some group pics.....right before myfirstbonnie and boss455 left. I'll add pics here shortly.
EDIT TO ADD TODAY'S pics........
Matt's original allthread in his solid front mount:

Re-drilling the steel-clad rubber block to make the new allthread easier to install:

Drilling out a Poly bushing to fit his allthread:

Matt's nuts:

Going back together:
NOTE.....poly bushings were installed below and above the top bracket. The one you can't see under the black top bracket is to dampen vibrations at idle.....it's a little worse with the lumpy cam. The one above is to take some stress off the subframe under accelleration. When it's power-braked in gear, the front subframe flexes with the solid or semi-solid front mount. We'll get his 'road test' results after he gets home (he's on his way).

Magnetic plug whorage:

At lunch, missing one car:

And at our picturesque photo location, with all 7 cars:

Not bad attendance at all, and we got a ton of work done on every car with great success. It got a little wet and cold towards the end of the meet, but it was good times. Both Black SSEi's are on their way North. The rest leave (2000Silverbullet and jmh1950) head out in the morning.

Re: WCBF - Spring Break 09 Mini Meet
Well, made it home. Played around a little and had a few WOT runs and it feels great. I still averaged 26mpg from the time I left until I got home. Drove 70mph most of the way.
As for the headers and MPS, that will happen in the near future, but before WCBF 09. I will be seeing about an alignment tommorrow because with dropping the strut and subframe it threw the steering wheel off a little. It needs one anyways, we have had it for a year now and I haven't done one yet.
Overall, I am real happy with the cam and it seems to pull hard a lot longer than before. Even cruising at 60, it pulls hard and gets me up to 80 rather quick.
It was a great time and I want to thank everyone involved. From those who posted their advice to those who turned the wrenches with me, it was a lot of help and many thanks.
As for Mr. Wren, Thanks for allowing me to straighten out my back on your couch and allowing my Father-in-law to crash at your place on a short notice. He had a great time hanging out and enjoyed the company. Thanks Bill, I owe you one! (and we know what that is) If you don't know, watch the WCBF '08 videos.

Re: WCBF - Spring Break 09 Mini Meet
This could be for another post, but I think it should be mentioned that the directions included with the Yella Terra rockers suck. I'm sure I would have been frusterated if I had tried this install at home without the support and knowledge I found at the Wren residence.
After install, I noticed a slightly lumpier idle, smoother acceleration and much better throttle response with the TC locked up. I'll hook up the scanner tomorrow on the way home and see if the numbers change much.
All in all, I'm pleased with the results so far, and I would like to thank Bill for the hospitality. I know that guests, like fish, start to loose their appeal after a few days, so I'm out of here tomorrow morning and hope the snow up my way has changed to sunshine.
*edit* Forgot to mention that Katie was as charming as always. Well at least as charming as a teenage girl can be.

Re: WCBF - Spring Break 09 Mini Meet
We sent Ray home with a freshly installed SC coupler, a magnetic nosedrive plug, and enough ES Poly endlink bushings and washers for his rear swaybar. 'Leftovers'. All he needs is the front kit for 20 bucks for a good amount of happiness.
Ray and Debbie were awesome. They bought us donuts and cinnamon rolls every morning. He looked like a drowned rat yesterday, but I never saw a happier drenched rodent in my life.

Something a lot of you have been waiting for. I can't go full throttle from a dead start because it spins them too much, so in this video I just eased into it.
