what sensor is this guys

hey guys. i've been calling this sensor the iac this whole time and i've been completely wrong im very sorry. SOOOOoo, what is the sensor directly between the MAF and the air box? It sits directly on top of the rubber air intake elbow. This sensor is causing my car to have bogging on start up. i would really appreciate it. i dont have a service manual for this car yet or i would look it up myself
