Good route on the hubcentric spacers.

For anyone else that needs spacers, you can get any size you want through Motorsport-Tech. I've had at least 4 sets (pair) made by them and they're the best out there as far as I'm concerned.

My wheel spacers are done! I ended up going with Motorsport-Tech, they could make me custom wheel spacers for $20 more then I could get material.
The spacers look great!

Now I'm just waiting on longer wheel studs.

Finally got my longer ARP wheel studs! And man are they ever long!

The only thing I have left to do is bleed all four corners and put on my rear wheel spacers.

Oh yeah and test them!

Nice. Figure something out for the rear and I might start looking at 18" snow tires.

In my spare time I'm tinkering with the rears but the e-brake keeps messing me up. We will see how it drives but honestly for the the trouble I have had I don't think I would do this upgrade again.

Looks good.

Out of curiousity what studs (p/n) did you end up going with?

I know the 00+ front hubs can have either 0.485” or 0.558” knurl diameters and I've used ARP 100-7712 and 100-7715.

I used ARP 100-7713, they have a knurl diameter of .509, the studs in my wheel bearings had a knurl diameter of .501.

And apparently every hub assembly that Advanced and O'Rielys have for a Bonneville have some huge knurl diameter that my studs fell right through. So I had to use an SKF hub I got from NAPA

Interesting. So there are 3 possibilities now.

.501 is the knurl diameter of the oem studs so its very possible that the wheel bearing itself is .485

They probably use a generic 12mm stud, versus the specific stud the OEM's use.

Should'a ordered a Timken from Rock Auto. ;)

I've never had an issue with the napa ones, if I would have had more time that would've been what I did.

If you're up in st cloud for the meet tomorrow and don't mind a small detour, I'm on the way. I wouldn't mind having a look at the whole thing. I'll be in the garage all weeekend.

Well I drove 400 miles on them today and I love them! I am still working on something for the rear and I am going to try to put a CTS-V master cylinder on it to help even things put.
