Fuel Filter Replacement

Post by bluebeast00 »

My 2000 bonne needs the fuel filter replaced and I wasn't sure where it is located. The car has issues with acceleration and uphill driving. I ran the codes and it came up as multicylinder misfire. So any help would be appreciated..I need to replace it soon. Thanks

I know on my 97 it is located under the car by the passenger rear door. I do not know where it is located on the newer body style. You will most likely need penetrating oil since it will be rusted on.

By the rear driver door under the car. A stated, let that soak for a couple days with the penetrating oil, will make your life much easier. Also use line wrenches instead of regular wrenches.
