yes stock injectors. and I agree an 02 would be great but at the tune of $200 seems pretty steep to read the air to fuel just to get a tune on such a basic settup.
As far as the o2 I did replace it early summer so not too long ago should I just replace it again?

myfirstbonni I agree a canned tune does suck in comparison to in the car or having a tuner, but I would guess that even though more efficient as 00beast said I doubt it's to efficient I can't run a stock 3.8 as the cars with gen v's run them no prob w/out headers and intake, and n* lq4. ok i will update mod list. today I pulled all the plugs, they all look golden brown. none are soaked as if it were rich. I reset the fuel trims today and at wot the ltft is at 0 with lore than .1 and less than 1deg of kr untill third gear it jumped up to 3 to 4deg very fast so I let off the gas ...

I did and he thought maybe it was the fuel pump or pressure. so i'll have to call him tomorrow with my new findings

seems pretty quik, but I did notice it get stuck a few times, ie it was cycling and it would stop @ ex. 65 for a second and continue on, but it seems to be working good. Although my big issue is if the aeroforce says -14 plus or whatever is that rich? and if it is why kr?

ok checked the fuel pressure. It said 49 at the rail key on and held it for a minute, then I turned the car on and it went to about 45 ish, when I throttled up the fuel pressure went up over 50.

true it could be but john was aware of the mods and felt really confident, but would this affect the kr I am seeing? Also doesnt that seem really rich to you? as soon as the gas pedal is pressed the ltft goes into negative numbers
