In my opinion, flushes are never a good idea. But probably just a coincidence.

You have a P1811 code. From: 2000+ Common Problems & Solutions (updated 5.11.11) Transmission shift harsh/firm when warm Problem: The transmission shifts harsh after driving for a while when tranny is warm. Solution: The PCS (pressure control solenoid) is acting up. You might have the code P1811...

Yes burned discs work if done correctly. It's been many years since I even thought about burning so I'm not sure what the best software is currently. I had always used Nero. Make sure you are burning an Audio CD not a Data or MP3 CD There are hundreds of options: https://download.cnet.com/s/cd-burne...

Can you view live data? I'd be looking at TPS and MAF values even if they aren't throwing codes.

A bad TPS will cause shifting problems.
A bad MAF could cause shifting problems.

Check your codes.

The even better option is what I offer: Does your Bonneville need a remote but you don't want to deal with having it programmed at the dealer? I'm selling pre-programmed remotes. All you have to do is swap the module in the trunk with the one provided and you have instant keyless fobs. The fobs are...

I've removed dozens (maybe hundreds) of these dang fuel pumps, every single one is larger than the opening in the tank. You really have to force it. I usually find the spot it opens the most and then twist from there (kind of how you take a tire off a wheel). Even with the force, I've never broke on...

4 - 10mm bolts hold the console to the dash, two are hiding under the switch panel in the video.

Yes you have a to remove the shifter bezel trim plate to access the cables and wiring. I use a flat blade screwdriver to pop them off.

Anything other than OEM (Hitachi) is junk in my opinion. Most of the aftermarket options last about 6 months to a year.

Just because you have 12v doesn't mean you have enough current to run the car. I agree to check ALL the connections, positive and negative. Literally pull back the protective boots and look at the wire.

The harness lengths are different, but the actual wiring is the same. Just extend the wires.

If you're looking for an upgrade option, just get a GXP radiator with thick core and have your SSEi plastic endcaps transferred onto the GXP radiator. Any radiator shop can do this.

The rotten egg smell is just unburned fuel from the misfire running through the cat. The misfire might even self clear after the car is driven for a while if its been parked that long. Clear out all the codes and drive it for a while and see what comes back.

Any experienced shop should be able to do a CV axle in an hour or less. There are cheap $50-60 axles available, but they are mostly junk that you shouldn't expect to last more than a year. If you plan on keeping the car, get an OEM AC Delco for around $200.

No, C1214 is a bad EBCM and a C1248 is a tag-along code.
