Just a quick reply of how I would start diagnosing this. Turn on the AC and check to see if the fans are on. They should be commanded on no matter what the engine temp is. Check the fuses and relays in the Maxi fuse relay center. Try applying 12v directly to the fan to verify they work. If you don't...

FYI, the stock gauge is designed to display 200° if the temp is within 180-220°. It is like that to make the end user not freak out about normal temperature fluctuation like the thermostat opening. When the gauge starts to read warmer than 200° you know you are at least 220° or hotter.

You shouldn't need a better than stock radiator to keep your temps down, something else is wrong. I agree with Carl, replace your water pump. As far as getting a better radiator, you can use a GXP core (more than twice as thick) with SSEi plastic end caps. A radiator shop would be able to swap the e...

You need a T47, not T50. Any standard ratchet will work just fine.

Unfortunately only a Bonneville one will work. The Bonneville used a proprietary connector called a Dock-N-Lock, nothing else will work.

I have many good used radios if you're interested, but they must be programmed with a Tech2 scantool or similar.

Daunting. For an amateur, this will be overwhelming. Are you sure the subframe mounts are solid? If not, don't waste your time.

Yes their are threaded holes inside those slots, but the universal pulley kits don't usually have the correct thread bolts. You need 1/4"-28 (fine thread) x 4" long bolts. This is the puller I use: https://images-na.ssl...

How much are you in so far? That looks like a lot of work, I would have walked away after seeing the frame rot.

Have you tried loading anything on it yet? It's got a pretty high deck with no dovetail or tilt. Might get hung up pretty easy.

The solid mount isn't that harsh, but if you are looking for the super smooth grandma ride then you probably won't like it. Its cheap enough just to try to see if you like it.

There are 3 mounts bolted to the transmission, and 1 to the engine.
