My digital GM service manual only goes back to 1998, so things might be a little different, but this should get you on the right track.

Not a common request and there are only a handful of active members.

Ignition switch, black connector, pin C, brown wire, Accessory Voltage

A new ICM every year is not normal. You're probably getting junk parts.

Read this: https://www.bendbulletin.com/business/b ... d5920.html

I suggest a brand new OE ICM & Coils

What makes you think this isn't ignition related? I'm 99% sure its just a bad coil or ICM.

An oversized radiator would be something like the GXP core width of 1.3125"

We are talking a difference of 0.625" and 0.6875". If you have to get out your calipers, there is no performance gain.

Can you see if the door card is actually rubbing/catching on something? Did you replace with the proper GM green fasteners? Anything else won't work.

I have all the parts you would need. PM me if interested.

Pull back the weather stripping and you should be able to see the upper yellow retainer. Use a Superbar to pry out the yellow retainer from the body. Then you can pull back the trim even more to see the lower/rear clip. I usually just yank the trim piece forward towards you and it pulls out of the y...

Goodness I am having the same code but a slightly different problem. My tranny starts to shift extremely hard between all gears for a period of time. I was hoping this wouldn't be a major fix but apparently it is. But what is strange is that when I clear this code the hard shifting goes away. So I ...

I have personally used the Dorman 924-044 on a 2000-2005 Bonneville (can't remember the year, it was a customer car). They fit and worked great. If I were you, I'd simply hit the inside of the hole on the subframe with a die grinder until they fit. You're probably never going to have to deal with it...

They would have used the coolant reservoir cap to pressurize the system. They probably didn't do anything, just a a coincidence. Use some carb cleaner and spray around the left and right sides of the intake plenum and you should be able to find the leak pretty easy. You're just watching for a change...

The Northstar is a completely different engine, not even in the same ballpark as the 3800. It doesn't have the vacuum lines running all over like the 3800 does. It has vacuum leaks most likely caused by the 90° elbow inside the intake plenum, the intake boot and the intake gaskets themselves. Lot of...

The easiest way to go about this is a complete powertrain dropout, meaning drop the subframe and EVERYTHING attached to it. All wiring, computer, transmission, axles, etc. You'll have to identify what parts will work with the swap and which ones you'll have to salvage from the Transport. I doubt you...

Master window switch is a common failure point, I'd recommend starting there. The corrosion of the data wire under the seat would give you opposite symptoms (master works and others don't).

PB on your tag means you have a 3.05 ratio with a JZFM converter.

However, any transmission shop that is asking YOU to do this research is incompetent and you should rethink who is doing the rebuild.
