Re: 92 crank sensor adjustement?????
Yah i guess it would like rocks and roadkill!!!!! Well i didn't put it back on but i think i'll just pull the balancer off one more time and put her in,the sensor is pretty well set in position now and it runs good so pulling the balancer one more time shouldn't disrupt it. Thanks again for the info ...

Re: 92 crank sensor adjustement?????
Hi there.. Yah that would work i might even have to put the balancer back on all the way and try it and listen if it's rubbing.. could i just throw the plastic shield away or is it needed??? Thanks again.. :) What I did was find a piece of scrap material that fit the gap between the sensor and the ...

Re: could this be the problem!!!
It sounds like you have it narrowed down to the crank sensor.
I'm not sure what's going on with the starter staying engaged. The crank sensor wouldn't have anything to do with that problem. You may have a bad starter or ignition switch. Yah it's kind of weird even if you turn the ignition off it ...

Re: wont start after running???
Sounds like it is the crank position sensor. It gets the spark reference from a ring on the harmonic balance. Check the connection down by the crank pulley. O.k> i will give that a try . when i was outside last night and trying to start it while it was hot and thought to grab the air gun and put ...

And for the second. tha cat has been cut out awhile ago so that's ruled out. i'm wondering if it could be either the cam sensor or the crank sensor???. What do ...
